FLUFFY’S SCHOOL BUS ADVENTURE

One afternoon, Fluffy was about to be left at school when Ms. Say noticed him. She entrusted Fluffy to the school bus driver to give him to Jasmine. The children in the bus played with Fluffy on the way. It was after the last student got out of the bus that the driver realized there was a mistake. Then the engine had trouble. The bus was towed for repair. At the garage, the mechanic couldn’t find the problem. Fluffy, who fell from the bus driver’s pocket, accidentally pin pointed it. During, the repair, the people at the garage ordered and ate pizza. Fluffy also got his slice. When everything’s fine, the driver and Fluffy drove to Jasmine’s house. There Fluffy was cleaned, fed and tucked to bed.

PAUL REVERE’S RIDE

Paul is a good businessman and a good husband and father. Every night, he goes to a club called Sons of Liberty. This club is composed of men who are against the British government. The king imposes taxes or many things. When American Colonists refuse to pay taxes, more soldiers are sent
The soldiers are called Redcoats. They are going to march to a nearby town and arrest 2 of the colonial leaders.

Paul goes to warn everyone. He rides on a horse and tells the news. The Redcoats try to arrest him but he is able to always escape. He makes gun powders and cannons for then war. After 8 years, the American colonists win. When America becomes a country, Paul goes back to being a business man. His products still exist now.

FLUFFY’S FUNNY FIELD TRIP

The class was going to a field trip. They took their pet, Fluffy, with them. He was so hungry that he ate Ms. Day’s apple. When the children were in the planetarium, they learned about stars and constellations. Fluffy, on the other hand, got confused. He didn’t understand anything so he slept. He had a dream. He was telling the little guinea pigs about constellations of himself, a carrot, a dish and other animals. He woke up hungry and ready for dinner.

CAPS FOR SALE

Here was once a man who was a peddler of caps. That day, nobody bought caps from him. He got hungry but he had no money to buy food. He planned to go to the country. He saw a tree along the way so he sat down and had a long rest. When he woke up, he no longer had the caps for sale on his head. Up on the tree, the monkeys irritatingly imitated his actions. The peddler got angry and threw his own cap on the ground. The monkeys threw the caps, too. The peddler gathered the caps on the ground and went back to town.

NEW COAT FOR ANNA

It was after the war and the winter was near. Anna needed a new coat but Anna’s mother didn’t have money. Anna’s mom decided to trade some precious things with some people’s product and services. They paid a shepherd with a gold watch for the sheeps’ wool. They gave a lamp for the wool to be spinned. They gave the weaver a pretty necklace to turn the yarn into a cloth. They gave a porcelain teapot for the cloth to become a coat. Finally, the coat was done and Anna used it on that winter. She and her mom invited the people who helped make her new coat for dinner. They had the best Christmas ever.

SWIMMY

Swimmy is a small black fish. His friends, brothers and sisters are eaten by a big fierce tuna. He is able to escape because he swims fast. He is sad for a while, but when he sees marvelous things around, he isn’t sad anymore. He is able to find new friends but these friends are afraid. Swimmy thinks that it will be good that they form the shape of a big fish to scare other big fishes away. His idea works. No, they re not afraid to swim anywhere.

Where Was Patrick Henry On the 29th of May? (4B12)

It was Spring on May 29th, 1973 in Hanover County, Virginia when Patrick Henry was born. He has two brothers and seven younger sisters. His father’s name was John Henry, he was a planter, a surveyor, an officer in the Virginia militia, a justice, and Patrick’s teacher. They have a large family and money was a problem.
Patrick Henry took his days for granted and as for the future, he had no plans. In 1752, he started working and courted Sarah Shelton. He married her when she was sixteen and he was eighteen. On May 29, 1765, they had 4 children. During that time he was studying law by himself and got his license to practice law. He represented the Virginian people who can’t afford to pay tobacco to the group of preachers called parsons and won the case. Year 1773 was the critical year for the country. Patrick and Sarah had 6 children but after giving birth, Sarah lost her mind and died in 1775. After Sarah’s death Patrick delivered his most famous speech at St. John’s Church in Richmond, Virginia. In 1776, there was war between the American and the England. Virginians battled for liberty or death and defeated England and Patrick was elected as governor. On May 29th 1777, Patrick was 41 years old when he married Dorothea, a 21 year old woman, they had 11 children. Patrick served as a governor five times but remembered best as an orator. He spoke against the Constitution of the United States and added individual rights, the freedom of speech, and choosing religion. He made three to eight speeches a day. In 1788, they decided to approve the Constitution. On May 29, 1796, he was 60 years old and retired in public life. But his private world was cheerful and more comfortable.
