A little house was built on a hill in the country. She was so pretty, strong, and well-made. She spent each day of each season wondering about the changes around her. She enjoyed watching the sun, flowers, trees and people. At night, she gazed up at the stars and the different faces of the moon. She also saw lights from the city. She got curious about it from time to time.
After sometime, a road was built nearby. More cars came, houses built and stations constructed around the little house. Then the small houses were reconstructed; others were changed into tall buildings. All spaces were occupied. Night and day became do noisy and polluted. Every place was filled with people and cars or machines. The little house can no longer distinguish one season from another.
